Elle vise a faciliter l&#8217;etape ou l&#8217;embryon doit sortir de son enveloppe pour s&#8217;implanter dans l&#8217;uterus.<\/p>\n<h2>Pourquoi cette technique ?<\/h2>\n<p>Avant de s&#8217;implanter, l&#8217;embryon est entoure d&#8217;une fine coque appelee zone pellucide. Il doit normalement s&#8217;en liberer, un phenomene naturel appele eclosion. Dans certains cas, cette coque peut etre plus epaisse ou plus rigide, et l&#8217;eclosion assistee cherche a faciliter ce passage.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment se deroule-t-elle ?<\/h2>\n<p>Au laboratoire, les biologistes creent une petite ouverture ou amincissent la zone pellucide, le plus souvent a l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un laser precis, juste avant le transfert de l&#8217;embryon.<\/p>\n<h2>A qui peut-elle etre proposee ?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Aux femmes d&#8217;age plus avance, dans certaines situations.<\/li>\n<li>Apres plusieurs tentatives de FIV n&#8217;ayant pas abouti.<\/li>\n<li>Lorsque la zone pellucide apparait particulierement epaisse.<\/li>\n<li>Dans certains cas de transfert d&#8217;embryons congeles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Ce qu&#8217;il faut retenir<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;eclosion assistee n&#8217;est pas systematique et ne convient pas a tous les cycles.
