Sebepleri Nelerdir?<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Infertility can be divided into two;&nbsp; primary and secondary infertility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Primary infertility;<\/strong>&nbsp;for those who do not have any children<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Secondary Infertility<\/strong>; who have been able to have children before, but now can not conceive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fecundability:<\/strong>&nbsp;\u0131t is possibility og getting pregnancy in a menstrual period. This is 20-25% in normal couples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fecundity:<\/strong>&nbsp;The possiblity of having a live birth in an menstrual period. When all couples are considered,it is impossible for all to conceive during the first mensrtual period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A certain time must be passed before pregnancy. Ath tyhe end of 3 months who wants to have pregnancy 57% of pregnancy occurs. After 6 months 72% and at the end of 1 year 85% pregnancy occurs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the end of the second year pregnancy occurs 93%. 30-40% of infertilite pairs are male and 40-50% are female. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some couples have problems with both. In 10-15% of the couples neither women nor men have problems. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The cause cannot be found is called \u201c<strong>unexplained infertilite<\/strong>\u201d. Therefore, infertile couples should be investigated together. In addition to hormonal tests,methods, such as HSG, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy can be used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sperm test&nbsp; (semen analysis) is very important for the evaluation of men besides the history and examination findings. Sperm analysis is performed after 2-5 days of sexual abstinence. If sperm analysis is abnormal,it should be repeated after 1-2 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the other factors related to \u0131nfertility?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Smoking<\/li><li>Excess weight<\/li><li>Close of cervix<\/li><li>Lack of regular sexual \u0131ntercourse<\/li><li>Vaginismus<\/li><li>Chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment<\/li><li>Early menopause<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>When should couples consult to a doctor?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cuoples under the age of 35 should consult a doctor if pregnancy has not occured,even though they have been in regular contact for 12 months without protection. In couples over the age of 35 this period is 6-8 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>In the following cases, an investigation can be initiated without waiting for 1 year.<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Women;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Women age over 35<\/li><li>If they have irregular menstral period of amenore.<\/li><li>If they have a history of pelvic infection or endometriosis<\/li><li>If they have abdomin or pelvic surgery<\/li><li>If they have abnormal examination findings<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Men;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>If tehy have urogenital durgery<\/li><li>If they have a history of sexualy transmitted disease<\/li><li>If they have abnormal examination findings they have to consult a doctor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0130nfertilite<\/strong>ye yol a\u00e7an nedenlere y\u00f6nelik ge\u00e7mi\u015fle ilgili sorgulama sonras\u0131nda, sadece \u00fcreme organlar\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil t\u00fcm v\u00fccudun de\u011ferlendirilmesine y\u00f6nelik muayene yap\u0131l\u0131r. Hormonal testlerden ba\u015fka histerosalpingograf\u0131 (HSG), laparoskopi ve histereskopi gibi di\u011fer inceleme y\u00f6ntemleri kullan\u0131labilir.<br>Erkek de\u011ferlendirilmesi i\u00e7in \u00f6yk\u00fc ve muayene bulgular\u0131ndan ba\u015fka sperm testi (semen analizi) \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Sperm analizi 2-5 g\u00fcnl\u00fck cinsel perhiz sonras\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131r.
