Laparoscopic ovarian wedge resection (LOW) is the process of removing a part of the ovaries overexpressing male hormone by closed method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laparoscopic ovarian drilling (LOD) procedure is also to reduce the relatively high ovulation cysts by drilling cautery or laser holes on the ovaries with closed method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These two methods can be applied separately or together and are surgical options to help ovulation in patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So surgical ovulation treatments. However, treatment methods are not applied to every patient with PCOS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It should be considered for patients who do not respond to drugs that stimulate the ovaries.
