He became a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynocology in 2000 by receiving specialist education in the department of Obstetrics and Gynocology , Faculty Of Mediicine, Gazi University.
He worked as a faculty member between 2001-2002 in Süleyman Demirel Faculty of Medicine and between the years 2002-2006 in Mersin University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics and Gynocology.
In 2004-2005 he worked at the Jones Institude for Reproductive Medicine, the first IVF center in the United States of America and received IVF education
Between April 2006-October 2006 Dr. Arslan was the founding director at Bursa Acıbadem Hospital. Between Nowember 2006 and October 2009 he worked as a department director at Bursa Medical Park hospital. He accepted his patients in his own office between October 2009-2018.During this period he worked on IVF and assisted reproductive techniques in some centers in İstanbul and at Bursa Pembe Mavi IVF Center (2014-2018), Bursa A.R.T. IVF center (2014-2018).
İstanbul Acıbadem Internetional IVF Center which has been serving with scientific methods since 1991, is now continuing ıts treatments under the direction of Prof. Dr. Murat Arslan.
